More information

A deposit of 20% is due upon booking. Please pay the remaining amount by bank transfer to the landlord's account four weeks before the start of the rental period.
A security deposit of €100 is to be paid in advance with the remaining payment, which will be refunded after the end of the stay if the apartment is returned in accordance with the contract.
Arrival from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Departure by 10:00 AM
Pets are not allowed
The tourist tax is €2.10 per person per stay day. Young people, schoolchildren and students, as well as severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 50, receive a discount.
The key handover takes place on-site.
The final cleaning must be taken advantage of. It costs €90 per stay.

Arrival should be coordinated with the landlord between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Please contact us at 0160/94627167 for this! The key handover will take place on-site by an authorized representative of the landlord.
Bedding and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. We are also happy to provide towels for €2.50 per person/stay. Please let us know if you would like towels!
