We hike via Knieweg and Mühlenweg to Drachenburg with the Syrau windmill. Drachenburg, at 487 m, is the highest elevation in the hiking area around Jößnitz. The masterpiece of mill construction (tower Dutch windmill) can be visited on a guided tour. Another attraction awaits us in Syrau. The hike to the Syrau windmill leads from Schloss Jößnitz through the "Altdorf" Jößnitz via Knieweg, past a large reservoir to the "Cheerful View". In clear weather, there is a fantastic view of the heights of the Erzgebirge from here. Now the Mühlenweg begins and already after a few meters the Dutch mill on Drachenburg can be seen. Drachenburg, at 487 meters, is the highest elevation around Jößnitz.
