Directions

The tour starts directly at the castle in Wolkenburg. You then descend the castle hill to the Zwickauer Mulde, where you meet the Muldental hiking trail. In Herrnsdorf, the trail turns left at the street "Zur Papierfabrik" and then runs parallel to the river until it meets the Mulde Valley hiking trail again shortly before the village of Haublermühle. It continues along the river via the village of Niederwinkel to the old town of Waldenburg. Here it ends at the Mulde bridge.
