Village walk through Kössern, to Förstgen and to the Thümmlitzsee.

It was the hunting passion of the Saxon high nobility that brought splendor and brilliance to the fertile area. There are also **45 uniform artisan houses** as well as gardens and forests. There is still lively activity; **over 40 cultural events** attract people to the halls. Directions

From the manor house, go via Am Parkberg, over Am Brückenberg, then left into Siedlerweg. Via Förstgener Straße you reach Förstgen. In Förstgen, turn right into Am Thümmlitzsee street, which leads directly to the Thümmlitzsee. From the Thümmlitzsee, go left over the Schmelzteiche back to Kössern. In Kössern, pass the hunting lodge to reach the starting point.
