Christmas for the whole family at Hoflößnitz
The fourth weekend of Advent in Hoflößnitz is once again all about family, as the municipal winery’s Christmas market traditionally opens its doors then. In addition to theater and live music, there will be a colorful and diverse market featuring vendors and artisans again this year. Younger guests can take a ride on the children’s train, enjoy themselves in the Hoflößnitz craft workshop, and watch short film screenings. Of course, Santa Claus will also stop by every day to surprise them.
Meanwhile, their parents can enjoy a delicious organic mulled wine and let their gaze wander over the romantic, wintry Saxon Elbe Valley.

- The Hoflößnitz winery is picturesquely situated in the vineyards of Radebeul (Knohllweg 37, 01445 Radebeul). The best way to get there is to take the S-Bahn S1 to Radebeul Weintraube station and from there follow the signposted paths via Augustusweg and Hoflößnitzstraße to the winery (approx. 15 minutes on foot). Alternatively, you can take streetcar line 4 to Landesbühnen Sachsen, from where a short walk uphill through the vineyards leads directly to the estate. Parking is available, but limited - we recommend traveling by public transport.
