The Walther family has been entertaining guests at the gateway to the Dresden Heath for four generations. In 2020, Martin Walther transformed the former excursion restaurant into a stage for contemporary fine dining culture - and was awarded the first Michelin star in June 2025. Menus such as "wasser & weide" and "acker & beet" tell of Silesian family tradition, regional products and international techniques. Around fifty seats, a quiet terrace and personal service create a warm, unpretentious atmosphere in which culinary curiosity and hospitality take center stage.

Cyclists can reach the restaurant via well-developed cycle lanes along Bautzner Landstraße; just a few steps are enough to immerse yourself in the extensive forest area of Dresdner Heide, whose hiking trails begin at Ullersdorfer Platz.
