The "Jägerhaus" in Wilthen is a starting or finishing point for any hike through the Upper Lusatian mountains, whether for a short or long walk through the forest. Everyone gets their money's worth on the Mönchswalder Berg.

How to get there
Take the A4 Dresden - Görlitz highway to the Bautzen/West exit - B96 through Bautzen in the direction of Großpostwitz. Shortly before leaving Bautzen, turn off onto Wilthener Straße towards Obergurig and continue to Mönchswalder Berg.
