In our historic house - a listed building complex located in the center of the cultural landscape of Moritzburg, you can expect
- 33 modern and individually furnished hotel rooms with a hotel garden,
- a lobby, as well as seven restaurant and event spaces.
The cozy indoor terrace, the west terrace, and the barbecue area complete our offerings.
We particularly recommend ourselves for private dining, receptions, family and corporate celebrations, conferences, and relaxing holiday stays.
The immediate surroundings (forest and pond landscape with the hunting lodge Fasanerie, wildlife enclosure, and lighthouse), which perfectly combines nature and culture, strongly influences our hotel, where the centuries-old tradition and history of the Saxon electors are maintained.

Directions by car
From Berlin on the A13 / Exit No. 21 - Radeburg - turn left towards Radeburg, first roundabout turn left and approx. 7 km to the 2nd roundabout; there continue straight towards Berbisdorf (continue straight at the traffic light intersection), unbarred railway crossing straight to Berbisdorf, from there 4 km to Moritzburg.

After the wildlife enclosure (on the left) and before reaching the Moritzburg sign (at the level of the parking lot and the wooden horse) turn left into the forest; after 1000 m you will reach the parking lot of the Waldschaenke directly opposite the hotel.

From Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Chemnitz, and Leipzig on the A14 and A4, exit at A4 / No. 80 - Dresden - Wilder Mann and turn right towards Moritzburg (approx. 10 km) via Boxdorf, district of Moritzburg, and through Moritzburg to the Baroque castle, turn right there and after approx. 500 m again right through the forest to the Waldschaenke.
Arrival by plane
The driving time by car from Dresden/Klotzsche Airport is approximately 15 minutes and leads via Boxdorf, district of Moritzburg to Moritzburg.
Arrival by train
Deutsche Bahn usually stops at the station Dresden/Neustadt, which is closer. In exceptional cases, you travel to Dresden/main station and take the S-Bahn to Dresden/Neustadt. With bus line 326, you can travel to the bus stop "Waldschaenke" (1000 m to the Waldschaenke).
