Towels, bed linen, and an initial supply of household items are already included in the displayed price.

A deposit of 20% of the total price is due within 10 days after booking. The remaining balance is payable by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before arrival. Alternatively, cash payment is accepted upon arrival (no card payments).

In addition, the city of Eibenstock charges a tourist tax. The price listed here does NOT include the tourist tax. This is payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartments are not wheelchair accessible.
Pets are allowed upon telephone request.
These are non-smoking apartments (smoking is permitted in the outdoor area).
We kindly ask guests to wear slippers inside the apartment.
