Ferienhaus Das wilde Auwaldhaus

Nestled deep in the forest, surrounded by the near-untouched beauty of nature, the Wilde Auwaldhaus is located in the Zittau Mountains Nature Park, just a short walk from the charming spa town of Jonsdorf. Its secluded location makes it a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—ideal for those seeking to reconnect with themselves and nature.

Just be. Breathe deeply. Recharge.

Originally a pheasantry, later a forester's lodge, the building has been lovingly renovated and now welcomes nature-loving guests as a holiday home. With its simple yet cozy furnishings and rustic charm, the Wilde Auwaldhaus offers a warm, inviting atmosphere—encouraging guests to realign with what truly matters.

A 5000 sqm fenced natural property with a stream, pond, tipis, play areas, and quiet retreats invites both children and adults to immerse themselves in the serenity of the forest.

The Wilde Auwaldhaus is a ground-level building divided into three separate holiday apartments. It comfortably accommodates more than 20 guests and is therefore perfect for larger families, groups, or shared vacation stays.

Each apartment features its own terrace, ideal for enjoying the peaceful forest surroundings. Several covered outdoor seating areas also offer a cozy place to relax even in the rain. The warm, homey living spaces invite you to unwind and settle into the tranquil atmosphere.

A tiled stove and two fireplaces in each apartment provide comforting warmth and a cozy ambiance.
