…to our beautiful old two-sided courtyard on the edge of the Tharandt Forest.

We are Barbara and Thomas Schöpke and warmly invite you to our holiday home "Unter den Eschen". The house showcases its outer appearance in the traditional old natural stone half-timbered style typical of this region, was freshly renovated in October 2023, and completely refurbished inside.

The truly beautiful location of the neighborhood and the even more beautiful landscape surrounding it makes your stay unforgettable at any time of the year.

A deposit of 30% will be charged after booking. The remaining payment must be made in full prior to arrival via bank transfer.
For last-minute bookings, the full price will be charged immediately after booking.
A security deposit of €200 must also be transferred in advance.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-7 days before arrival will incur 70% of the total costs, and cancellations 1 day before arrival will incur 90% of the total costs.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM.
Departure is possible until 11 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
