Your holiday apartment is located in a typical local, completely renovated residential building, centrally situated in Schmiedeberg, quiet, facing away from the
main road, on the 2nd floor, and has a size of 83 sqm. From the window of your cozy apartment, you can see the historical and romantically huffing Weißeritztalbahn train. Hiking trails begin in the immediate vicinity.
The UNESCO World Heritage site Freiberg can be reached in 40 minutes by car, Dresden in about 30 and Prague in around 90. A short hour's drive
takes you to the heart of the Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland, and the spa town Teplice is almost around the corner. Baker, supermarket, pharmacy
and public transport are reachable in just 2-3 minutes on foot.

The payment is made on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations in the 5 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total costs, cancellations in the 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total costs.
Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Departure is possible between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

The key handover takes place personally on site/ via a key box. You will receive the code for this in good time before arrival.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed, at a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night (children up to 14 years, trainees, students, and severely disabled persons with over 50% pay €1.00 per person per night) is to be paid on site.

Arrival by train to Dresden central station and then by bus 360 to Schmiedeberg Mitte, from
there two minutes on foot. Alternatively, arrival via Altenberg station and bus 360 and 370 to
Schmiedeberg Mitte. By car, arrival via A17 to AS Dresden-Südvorstadt,
from there 22 km along B170, in the town center of Schmiedeberg, turn right at the Erzgebirgspyramide,
after 50 m left into parking at the house.
