Welcome to Olbernhau, the town of 7 valleys! Our holiday apartment "Hans im Glück" is located in a quiet area on the southern slope of Olbernhau and offers a beautiful view towards the city center. Since the apartment is close to the center, you can reach all important shopping facilities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the forest and enjoy wonderful hikes or cycling tours from there. You can also use the outdoor swimming pool in our town during the summer or the teaching swimming pool with sauna during the colder months. For families, the mini-golf facility is a great option, as well as the adventure world "Stockhausen" in Grünthal. Through a small border crossing in Grünthal, you can also pay a visit to the neighboring country of the Czech Republic. Nearby places worth exploring include Marienberg with Saxony's largest adventure pool or Seiffen, which will take you into the Erzgebirge Christmas world.
