Experience the most beautiful days of the year in the original Oberlausitz half-timbered house. Our house is located in the spa resort of Waltersdorf, in rural idyll amid the Zittau Mountains Nature Park. In 2 lovingly furnished holiday apartments, you will find modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere.
Our guests have access to a common room. You can book breakfast in addition. The entrance area of our house features the typical "Vorhäuschen" in the basement and an adjacent hallway with a staircase to your separate holiday apartment. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. For children, there is a small playground in the garden. Bicycles and sleds can be borrowed free of charge. Car parking spaces are available on the property, garage spaces can be booked additionally. Our special service: fresh bakery rolls at your door in the morning, beverage service in the house, honey from the hobby beekeeper, homemade jams, fresh eggs from our chickens (prices according to offer). Included in the overnight price are:
Bedding and bath towels/ hand towels/ dish towels, ticket service for events, shopping service before arrival, beverage service in the house, a small vacation surprise worth €10.00 for stays of 10 nights or more.
Interim cleaning of the apartment (from the 7th day of stay) if desired, childcare in the evening possible upon agreement, use of a baby crib, junior bed, baby monitor, high chair, potty..., rental: sled, hiking poles, backpack, bicycles with child seat, foosball, games, DVDs, sand toys, etc., grill, pickup from bus or train possible upon agreement (within a radius of 15 km).
Guest card Oberlausitz, costs for electricity, heating, water, final cleaning, paved parking space on our property, use of breakfast room, bicycle garage/ storage room, W-LAN internet access.
Available for an additional fee:
Breakfast €12.00 per day per person, bread roll service from the baker €1.00 - €2.00 per day, garage parking space €3.00 per day (subject to availability), use of washing machine and dryer each €3.00.
Cashless payment possible after prior arrangement.
Overnight prices plus tourist tax.
Short stays of up to 3 nights are only possible upon request.
