Our holiday apartments are located in our residential building on the western outskirts of Zittau. Two apartments are situated next to each other on the ground floor, while the third is on the first floor. Each holiday apartment has an area of 45 m². These are non-smoking apartments. There is good bus and train connection available. The location is an ideal starting point for visits to the city center of Zittau, the Zittau Mountains, and to Poland and the Czech Republic. The local recreation area "Freizeitoase Olbersdorfer See" is just a few minutes' walk away.

Our holiday apartments can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.
Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
A dishwasher and microwave are available.
A bike room can be rented (10.00 € per day).
Pets can only be brought upon request (fee of 10.00 € per night).
The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of 30.00 €.
