The holiday apartment is located in the basement of a restored country house, which is situated on the outskirts of the village of Zinnwald-Georgenfeld in the Ore Mountains.
Ski trails and cycling/hiking paths (including to the Czech Republic) are in the immediate vicinity, bicycles can be stored in the garage.
There are parking spaces available on the property, and access is also possible even in winter under normal weather conditions.

The apartment (40m²) is designed for 2 people (a foldable bed or children's bed is also available).
There is a living/sleeping area (sofa bed 1.50x2.00 m), kitchen, and bathroom.

WiFi and TV are available.

Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are included.

The holiday apartment is located in Zinnwald-Georgenfeld, a district of the spa and sports town of Altenberg.
The place (800-880 m above sea level) lies on the ridge of the Ore Mountains and is a rural scattered settlement with about 400 inhabitants.
There is a butcher's shop (Tue-Fri 8 am-5 pm) in the village, where you can also obtain baked goods; you will find supermarkets about 4 km away in Altenberg or Geising.
Numerous dining options in the immediate vicinity.

For winter sports, cycling, and hiking tours, a vast network of paths and trails is available.
Recommended for day trips are Dresden "Baroque City" or the Saxon Switzerland (e.g., Fortress Koenigstein).

Access via A17 (exit Bad Gottleuba) or via B170 (Dresden-Dippoldiswalde-Zinnwald).
Cross-border bus line No. 398 (Dresden-Zinnwald-Teplice) operates daily.
You can arrive by train via Dresden-Heidenau-Altenberg.
