Our holiday apartment impresses with the special charm of a listed building combined with a stylishly selected modern decor.
Due to the central location of our apartment, you can enjoy the proximity to various sights and venues in the old town of Annaberg. Shops for everyday needs, such as bakeries, cafes, or retail stores, are also in the immediate vicinity of the holiday apartment. The orientation of the holiday apartment facing the garden side of the house allows for breathtaking views over the idyllic landscape of the Erzgebirge, thus providing moments of peace and relaxation.
The apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe, an open-plan living area with TV and seating area, a fully equipped kitchen-living area, and a cozy bedroom with direct access to the bathroom.

Pets unfortunately cannot be brought along. Our apartment is also used by allergy sufferers, for whom we want to ensure a trouble-free stay.

- from Chemnitz via the A72 motorway exit Stollberg-West towards Annaberg-Buchholz
- from Oberwiesenthal via the B95 towards Annaberg-Buchholz
- from Schwarzenberg via the B101 towards Annaberg-Buchholz
By train:
- Erzgebirgsbahn (Chemnitz-Cranzahl) with the exit at the lower station and a walking distance of about 15 minutes or the transfer to the local transport lines of the Regionalverkehr Erzgebirge
By bus:
