Our 4-star holiday apartments are located in the quiet village of Rathewalde directly on the Malerweg. Bastei, Rathen with Amselsee, Burgstadt Hohnstein with Hockstein and Brand, as well as Stadt Wehlen on the Elbe are very easily reachable on foot from us.
The two holiday apartments were opened in June 2021 and are modernly furnished.
In our spacious garden, you will find seating and lounge chairs, as well as a grilling option and fire pit. There is a soccer field and playground equipment, e.g. badminton and various balls. You can enjoy the fresh air in any weather while sitting comfortably under the covered area playing table tennis, chess, or mill. For entertainment, you can also use a collection of games and a foosball table indoors.
With the opening of the holiday apartments, a wellness area with relaxation room, sauna, and infrared cabin is also included in the portfolio (usage for an extra charge). The property and all offers are shared with the guests of our affiliated guesthouse.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and outdoor area.
We offer a breakfast, bread roll, and beverage service for an additional charge. There is also an ironing board with an iron and a drying rack, as well as a permanently installed safe in each apartment. A washing machine can be used upon request and for a fee (€ 5 per wash). A baby travel cot and high chair are available.
There is a free parking lot and also storage options for motorcycles, bicycles, or e-bikes. The state-recognized resort Rathewalde offers three restaurants (about 5-10 minutes on foot), a doctor's office, playground, outdoor swimming pool, Kneipp water treading basin, and rose garden.

- Arrival is possible daily. The minimum stay during the main season (April to October) is 6 overnight stays (from 4 overnight stays upon request) and in the low season (November to March) for 4 overnight stays.
Check-in: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (earlier or later arrival by arrangement)
Payment: A 20% deposit is due within 14 days after booking. The remaining payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment is generally made in full in advance.
Deposit: A cash deposit of 200.00 Euro must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation/Withdrawal: A cancellation is possible at any time in writing. Up to 6 weeks before arrival, we retain 20% of the final price. For a withdrawal from 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the final price. If the holiday apartment can be rented to someone else, only a processing fee of 20% of the final price will be retained.
There is no entitlement to a refund in case of early termination of the rental agreement or non-arrival.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
By car: From the A17, take the exit for Pirna and continue towards Bastei (Hotel Route A). Pass the gas station at the Bastei junction and go for about 1 km until you reach Rathewalde.
From the A4 exit Ottendorf-Okrilla, head towards Radeberg, Arnsdorf, and Stolpen until you arrive in Rathewalde.
By train: The S-Bahn takes you from Dresden Main Station to Pirna every 30 minutes. From the bus station (ZOB), bus lines 237 and 254 go to Rathewalde, stop: Zum Rundblick. Contact person
