Your accommodation is located in a charming historic house from 1853 in the spa town of Seiffen at the southern slope near the forest. We offer a cozy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

We are the toy village where you can watch how nutcrackers, incense smokers, and pyramids are made. In the show workshops, you are also welcome to try your hand at crafting. The toy museum, church, and open-air museum are also worth seeing.
We are ideally situated for hiking tours or ski trail access. Local inns provide places to stop for a break. An excellent and challenging mountain biking area is located very nearby. From here, you can also take guided tours to Prague or Dresden.

Traveling by train is to Olbernhau main station with the Erzgebirgsbahn. From there, take bus line 453 every 2 hours from the bus station to Seiffen or line 453 Deutschneudorf to Seiffen. The stop is at the House of Guests. From there, it's a short walk to the accommodation, or we are happy to pick you up by prior arrangement. By car, you can reach us via federal road 101 from Freiberg, Brand-Erbisdorf, Neuhausen/Brüx to Seiffen. Coming from Chemnitz, take federal road 174 to Marienberg, then on B171 to Olbernhau and from there to the spa town of Seiffen.

A deposit of 20% can be charged after booking.
Payment is made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 7 days prior to arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 8 PM. Check-out is possible until 10 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner if you need to arrange this. The key handover takes place in person on-site.
A baby crib/travel bed/guest bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per pet/night.
The visitor's tax of €3.50 per person/night is charged on-site in addition.
A bread roll service is available upon request.
