Thanks to the central connection, you can reach the city center and the train station in a short time, and the tram stop is only about a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities (Netto) are located directly across the street. Two parking spaces are available at the house. Guests can use the garden with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, and barbecue facilities. Wi-Fi, washing machine use, and an E-bike charging station complete the offering.

A deposit of 50% will be transferred 5 days after booking.
The remaining payment is to be made by bank transfer 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is possible between 7 AM and 10 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner for arrangements.
The handover of keys will take place in person on site.
