Our house Seeblick is about 100 years old and was built shortly after the construction of the Malter dam on a side arm. In 2010, we purchased the building, which had been vacant for several years, and restored it from the ground up. Today, it serves as living space for our family and for holiday guests. In addition, guests can use our hall and other rooms for celebrations or for further education. The garden with a view and access to the water is a very nice place to relax. For those who like to do something good for their bodies, there is a stylish fitness room in the house. The narrow-gauge railway can also be heard from here, and the smoke clouds in the distance over the water can be seen. Hiking trails can be explored from the house, including the Rabenauer Grund. An ice oasis, adventure pool, and a beach pool as well as other restaurants with very good cuisine are located in the village. Bikes can be rented at the reception of the beach pool.

Payment must be made in cash on site.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation in the 14 days prior to arrival, the guest pays 90% of the total price.
A deposit of 150€ must be paid in cash.
Arrival is possible from 16.00 to 22.00. Departure is possible until 10.00 am.
The keys will be handed over in person on arrival or departure.
From 01.01.2024 a visitor's tax will be charged.
Adults aged 18 and over: € 2.00 per person/night, Children 0-5 years: free, 6-13 years: € 1.00 per person/night, 14-26 years (pupils, students, trainees, volunteers): € 1.00 per person/night.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen, towels, car park and WLAN are available free of charge. Garden with access to the water, bicycle and ski storage, small sandpit are available. Barbecue facilities, a canoe for 3-4 people and a stand-up paddle can be used free of charge.

Your apartment is situated right next to the Malter-Talsperre. You can reach us by bus (from Dresden to Dippoldiswalde take the bus 360, from Dippoldiswalde to your apartment in Paulsdorf take the bus . However we can also pick you up in Dippoldiswalde. Please give us a call if this is necessary. Cheque in is at 4.00 pm. Cheque out at 10.00 am.
