are welcome but only upon prior request & availability and for a fee. We only have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms.
Car parking
– Guests are welcome to use the public parking garage of the Saxon State Baths next to the hotel or the free parking lot at the entrance to the town.
Payment is made on-site at the hotel. Upon arrival, an advance payment covering the pre-booked hotel services is required. The final settlement, including all costs incurred during your stay, takes place at the reception desk upon departure.
Please note that maintenance work by Sächsische Staatsbäder GmbH typically takes place during the summer months of July and August. During this period, there may be restrictions regarding the use of the Albert Bad and Soletherme facilities. Detailed information will be available on the Staatsbäder website at www.saechsische-staatsbaeder.de.
Check-in on the day of arrival at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.
Check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Of course, there is the option to store your luggage at the reception after check-out until your final departure. If you wish for a late check-out, this is possible on-site upon request and subject to availability. Late check-out is available until a maximum of 1:00 PM for an additional fee of €30.
