Cabin magic in the Ore Mountains.

On 4500 square meters in the middle of the Gimmlitztal nature reserve, you will find our hutzenAlm.

Currently, our offerings include 2 top-modern, cozy furnished holiday apartments, each with 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower (underfloor heating), as well as a spacious living room / kitchen.

Additionally, there is a large kitchen (hutzenStub) with a tiled stove, 2 extra bathrooms in the basement, and a wellness area.

In our traditional orchard, nature lovers of all ages can use our two shepherd's wagons to spend a night in nature.

Included for every guest is our wonderful outdoor area with a large sun terrace, hot tub, well, fruit meadow, fire pit, stream, and a giant lime tree under which you can find a shady seat even in the hottest summer, ….

Cozy cooking and baking, sitting together, making plans, being silent, laughing, discussing, reminiscing, crying, having fun, drinking wine, enjoying, and trying out things…
… and all of that right HERE!
In the cozy hutzenStub stands our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, separate oven, and induction cooktop can also satisfy a large family or group of friends.
A massive wooden table with a corner bench and a cozy couch invite you to game nights and pleasant gatherings.
A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm’s amenities.

Treat yourself in the hot tub and sauna!
Surrounded by spruces or with a herbal infusion, you can truly feel the Ore Mountains.
In our spacious hutzenSauna, you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply, and enjoy nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackle of the fireplace in the lounge area or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, natural Gimmlitz spring water from the adjacent terrace, thoroughly bathe in the snow during winter, or use the modern shower on site.
In our wood-fired hot tub, you can bathe in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky, both summer and winter. Of course, not without having heated it up properly first; no pain, no gain—then bathing is twice as much fun.
