The Henriettenhof is a family-run forest guesthouse in the spa town of Schellerhau, a district of Altenberg in the Ore Mountains. Quietly and naturally located, our house is a beautiful starting point for relaxing days in the region – for couples, with family, with friends, or as a small group.

Our individually furnished holiday apartments combine the charm of the house with the freedom of private accommodation. In total, the Henriettenhof offers overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests. Depending on the occasion, individual apartments or the entire house can be booked.

Those who book the entire Henriettenhof can additionally use the common room and the large communal kitchen. This makes the house very suitable for shared stays with family or friends.

The Henriettenhof also features a garden and a sauna. Dogs are also welcome here.

We are not a classic hotel, but a personally run house with individual holiday apartments and plenty of space for a relaxed time in the Ore Mountains.

We offer a breakfast buffet by prior arrangement for groups and events.

A deposit of 30 % of the agreed booking price is due immediately after the booking confirmation.
The remaining payment of 70 % is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 14 days before arrival, the full invoice amount is due immediately after booking confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. A regular cash payment on site is not provided.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m.
Deviating check-in and check-out times are possible after prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Access to the apartments is via a digital locking system. Our guests will receive their personal access data in good time before their arrival.
Dogs are warmly welcomed upon prior registration.
The first dog stays for free. For each additional dog, we charge €10.00 per stay.
The guest tax of the city of Altenberg is calculated in addition to the overnight price according to the applicable guest tax statutes. Any exemptions or reductions will be taken into account.
Further conditions and fees
-Free parking spaces are available subject to availability.
-Individually booked additional services, such as breakfast, sauna, or special arrangements, will be charged according to agreement.
-For group bookings, booking multiple apartments, or the entire Henriettenhof, a deposit may be agreed upon. The amount will be communicated before the contract is concluded.

Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. At Henriettenhof, you can arrive in a relaxed and independent manner. You will receive the information regarding check-in as well as access to your accommodation in good time before your arrival from us.
If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Depending on availability, we will be happy to check if an earlier check-in is possible.
