The name of the Christmas market is derived from the Stollen (Striezel), Dresden's famous Christmas pastry, which you can enjoy with a cup of mulled wine or tea as you stroll along the market.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Dresden
Welcome to Dresden. The first stollen bakery welcomes you here.

Day 2 - Visit to a wood workshop and boat trip
Today you will travel through Christmassy Saxony with a visit to a show workshop for candle arches and a smoked candle manufacturer. Afterwards, there will be a guided tour and tasting at Wackerbarth Castle. Enjoy Christmassy Dresden on a boat trip with lights with the Saxon Steamship Company with a 3-course menu on the Elbe.

Day 3 - Discover Christmassy Dresden
Today you will finally visit the Christmas market in magical and Christmassy Dresden (Christmas market, possibly Funkelstadt and city museum).

Day 4 - Be enchanted in the Ore Mountains
And another Christmas market! This time in the Ore Mountains. Afterwards you will start your journey home.
