Bürgerhaus Eilenburg
Eilenburg's community centre is the cultural focal point of the city. It was reopened on November 4th, 2006 after a complete makeover. With an estimated 500 events it ensures the entertainment of over 40 000 visitors each year. The community centre has become the place to hold cabarets, concerts, dance classes, readings, anniversary celebrations, family gatherings, conventions, and much more. Besides a large hall with a seating capacity of 476, the centre also boasts a small hall with an adjacent patio, seminar and conference rooms, as well as a foyer with a bar and catering facilities.
