The trade fair centre is fitted will all the latest equipment and has 2 fair halls, 10,000 square metres of exhibition space and 17 conference and seminar rooms; so it is not only an attractive and flexible location for exhibitions. Multi-functional telescopic platforms with rows of seats provide an ideal environment for concerts, conferences and sports or company events. Hall 1 in the Chemnitz Arena can seat up to 7,200 people or provide standing space for 13,000, making it an ideal location for a wide variety of events. A glazed passageway links Hall 1 with Hall 2, which provides a further 1,000 square meters of space. Overall, the centre can provide up to 11,000 square metres of exhibition space. An area measuring 8,000 square meters outside can also be used. There are 2,500 parking spaces for visitors directly at the trade fair site.
