Dresden Municipal Museum
The multifaceted architectonic design including elements of the late baroque, rococo – as well as the early classicism – unique and for the first time in Dresden – are similar to the exhibits shown in the museum.
The permanent exhibition comprises more than a thousand exhibits distributed and lovely arranged in four halls. Over 20 media stations and many museum-educational offers provide for countless offers to get involved into the 800-years old history of Dresden. Countess movie installations and a small cinema are showing the change of the town throughout the past century.
