- Stepless access via the Terrassenufer entrance or the lift from Brühlsche Terrasse (recommended for wheelchair users: door 150 cm, space of 163x>200 cm for turning a wheelchair
- For structural reasons, the stepless exit (doors 95-106 cm) at Georg-Treu-Platz is via a platform lift operated by staff (door 105 cm, space of 115x150 cm for turning a wheelchair)
- Separate audio guide tour that bypasses steps for visitors with walking disabilities
