Health Resort Seiffen

Seiffen, the town of toys, presents itself in a varied, authentic and lovely way. It is located at the ridge of the central Ore Mountains, picturesquely embedded in the basin between the mounts Reicheltberg, Ahornberg and Schwartenberg.

Every day one has the possibility to go on an exciting voyage of discovery. For example, one can dive into the unique world of the artisans and toy manufacturers during a visit to the show workshops and manufactories and experience the elaborate artisanal production up close. During a tour through the idyllic Seiffen the toy and the open-air museum as well as the church invite you to explore and linger.

The summer toboggan runs with connecting model railway exhibition and an adventure playground as well as round trips on the "Seiffener Bimmelbahn" (small train with warning bell) enjoy great popularity among young and old visitors.

The beautiful landscape all around the town of toys can be enjoyed perfectly during hikes on the well signposted trails. Additionally, Seiffen is provided with an ideal mountain bike route network, signposted all year round.

The bicycle tour "one for all!" is suitable for the whole family. Its routes can also be used individually. During the winter months the health resort delights with groomed cross-country skiing trails, the ski slope with drag lift, the artificial ice rink and the ski school with practice slope. With its wide range the town of toys is truly worth a visit - in all seasons, because in the health resort Seiffen the season never ends!
