City to enjoy: Saxon wine route, historical wineries, winery museum, Karl-May Museum, steam-driven narrow-gauge railway, more than 1,000 architectural monuments
Thrilling adventure between vineyard and Indian Museum Radebeul has many charming faces. The city on the Elbe is considered the heart of the Saxon Wine Route between Diesbar-Seußlitz and Pirna. Winegrowing has a 400-year-old tradition in this listed landscape, being among Europe's most beautiful ones.

Small and big wine-growing estates like the County Winery Wackerbarth Castle or the Hoflößnitz Vineyard Museum continue that tradition. Coloured houses closely snuggle up to the steeply rising vineyard areas.
