- In the museum complex with different buildings the historic copper hammer (door >90 cm) is accessible for wheelchair users via mobile ramp inside (22% gradient, 2.2 m length, 82 cm width), as is Stockhausen – the living land of toys
- Due to the condition of the paths, slopes on the grounds and the historic buildings assistance is required
- WC for wheelchair users: Door 93 cm, 170x120 cm in front of and 95 cm beside the WC
- Tours for the blind and guests with learning impairments on request
