- There are no disabled parking spaces at the museum
- In the Road Traffic exhibition, you can access the 2nd level via the platform lift (inclined at an angle of 8 %, 1.2 m in length), space of 103x143 cm for turning a wheelchair
- The Platform lift and elevator are operated by the staff
- The gallery is not accessible in the Aviation Exhibition, but there is an Info Terminal for wheelchair users
- Toilet for wheelchair users:
- Ladies: Doors 82-91 cm, 174x124 cm in front, 94 cm right of toilet
- Men: Doors 84-91 cm, 171x124 cm in front, 92 cm to the left of toilet.
- Braille signs in the exhibitions for selected exhibits
