A hike through the Tharandt Forest on the 'Fairy Tale and Legend Route', well suited for families with children.

Based on an idea by the Kneipp Association at the Tharandt Forest e.V., the project "With Fairy Tales and Legends through the Tharandt Forest" was created as part of the care of Kneipp children's facilities. Today it is brought to life by the Traffic and Beautification Association "Tharandt Forest" e.V., among others, through annual hikes in spring and autumn together with the Erzgebirge Guides Association e.V. The aim is to encourage children and young people to engage in physical activity in nature by searching for the fairy tale stations, each with a hint to the next station, or by finding a suitable geo-cache nearby. They are accompanied expertly, among others, by the forester and the Tharandt Forest Queen, and also encounter the good witch of Hartheberg on the way…
