Around Annaberg-Buchholz

Start at the "Gemeinsame Mitte" square in Bärenstein. After the border crossing at Vejprty, follow a little-used road to Cerný Potok. If you continue straight on, you will reach the Bratislava Dam. The mining town of Pressnitz used to be located there, but was abandoned due to the construction of the dam. However, turn left to the border crossing, where you will immediately meet the "Annaberger Landring" cycle route. This leads directly along the border, then through the Conduppeltal valley to Königswalde. There you follow the "Th. Wiesenbad - Oberwiesenthal" cycle route to Thermalbad Wiesenbad. Here you come to the Zschopautal cycle path, which you follow upstream via Schlettau to Walthersdorf. From there you return to your starting point via Sehma.

The Jöhstadt - Königswalde section includes a sliding passage. Please remember your identity card! Helmets are compulsory for cyclists under the age of 18 in the Czech Republic!
