Combine movement therapy and enjoyment? No problem, because both work perfectly in Bad Schlema. Local enjoyment and exercise are brought into harmony here. The classic terrain cure is a special local offer for movement therapy. It has a positive effect on the organism. The trail network in Bad Schlema offers paths with different levels of difficulty, including the "Durchs Hohe Holz" path. The connoisseur's heart is not neglected either; in addition to the herb garden and the radon-rich Gleesberg spring, "Zum Füllort" offers miner's delights in a rustic atmosphere.

Directions
The start of the culinary hike is at the Bad Schlema guest information. The route leads over Richard-Friedrich-Park through the Bad Schlema market passage to the Kulturhaus Aktivist. Here a stop at the Uranium Mining Museum and a delicious meal at the Füllort restaurant is worthwhile. The local culinary expert will spoil you with his tasty dishes.
From there, the route leads quite steeply through the forest to the Brünlasberg in Aue. At the traffic lights, the federal highway is crossed. The path leads through residential areas into the forest. Here you can take a deep breath and enjoy the peace of the forest. The path is well above the Floßgraben and offers magnificent views over Aue-Bad Schlema. Take your time and enjoy the views. Then the path leads past the Gleesberg spring. Try fresh spring water from the Gleesberg spring. The radon-containing water has pain-relieving and healing effects. More information can be found at: Information Radon
From the spring, the path leads downhill towards the guest information. Once there, a visit to the Reformhaus Bad Schlema is worthwhile. Delicious specialties from regional production await you. Afterwards, a visit to the herb garden is recommended. Get to know the local herbs and maybe pick up some ideas for a tasty dish at home.
