Park the car in Rittersgrün near the Halbmeiler Weg bus stop - take the 10:25 bus line 330 to the Rittersgrün/Halbmeiler Str. stop. to Oberwiesenthal/Markt - either visit the K3 and winter sports museum or continue straight to the Fichtelberg cable car - ride up to the summit - enjoy the view and stop for refreshments - then start on the Kammweg to the Bächelhütte - along the Grenzweg, via Tellerhäuser - Zweibach - Ehrenzipfel - stop at the Bikertreff - then at the entrance to Rittersgrün follow the "Alternative KAMM" signs - pass the natural swimming pool and turn left along Kunnersbachstraße to get to your car. (Hiking distance from the summit to Rittersgrün approx. 15 km - approx. 4 h)
