Directions

From the Winterleite hiking parking lot in Berga/Elster – along the Weiße Elster to Clodramühle – turn left into the Harnbachgrund – to the parking lot – then turn right and cross the Harnbach, 1 km on the Clodraleite to the Töpferberg junction – keep right – on the Clodraleite you reach the following notable sections: the Höllengraben – the Silberblick – the Lochguttunnel – the Ziegenberg – the Bendelgrund – the entrance of Wünschendorf with the district Cronschwitz – half left into the pedestrian path – at the end turn left – after 100 m go straight then right onto the path to the Wünschendorf cemetery – turn left there – 250 m along the connecting road to the Cronschwitz-Veitsberg road junction – cross the street – turn right onto the field path and 400 m to the last house – turn into the right field path and over the Veitsberg to the Weidatalweg crossing – turn right and 400 m on WTW to the rest area – there after 450 m turn left towards Weidatalgrund – cross Weidaer Straße – over the Schafbrücke bridge across the Weida, turn right into the path “Am Weinberg” – after 400 m cross the Weida on the pedestrian bridge to the right – 50 m straight – cross Weidaer Straße – 150 m on the sidewalk – cross the street “Am Gessner” at the inn “Zur Holzbrücke” and continue to the road junction “Am Veitsberg” – 100 m along the church wall – go down the stairs – at the bottom turn right and cross Weidaer Straße – left through the historic wooden bridge over the Weiße Elster – on the pedestrian and bike path “Gebind” 500 m straight to the turning area – turn left into Poststraße – after 200 m stage destination Wünschendorf/Elster city hall

You can reach Berga from Dresden/Chemnitz via the A 72 motorway, Reichenbach - Greiz - Neumühle - Berga exit.
Parking
Use the public parking lots in the area of the Weiße Elster.
Public transportation

The Elsterperlenweg can also be perfectly combined with the Vogtlandbahn thanks to further train stations in the stage towns Neumühle, Berga and Wünschendorf: www.vogtlandbahn.de
