The 4.5-hour tour takes us from the center of Hartmannsdorf via the Hartmannsdorf forest to the Filzteich pond with the KiEZ youth recreation center and the Fundora as well as the lido at the Filzteich pond. After the Filzteich pond, we cross the Schneeberg-Neustädtel mining nature trail. Here you can retrace the eventful history of the Filzteich pond as you walk past the spot where the dam of the Filzteich pond once burst and caused a devastating flood. We then reach the heath and moorland forest at Filzteich pond with the DBU nature heritage site. In addition to the spirke - the Erzgebirgszirbe - there are other rare plant and animal species to be seen here.
The last part of the hike leads along the Fürstenweg trail through the Wolfstal valley with Wolfsbach stream past the Hartmannsdorf outdoor pool and the Hotel Flechsig, which is an inviting place to stop for refreshments.

- Getting thereVia the A72 highway, exit Zwickau West or via the B93 from Aue: Take the S282 feeder road and exit in the direction of 08107 Hartmannsdorf. Follow the signs in the direction of Landhof and Pension Flechsig.Parking
In 08107 Hartmannsdorf: You can park at the village square, Rothenkirchener Str. 52 or at the parking lot of the outdoor pool at the sports field, Badstraße 5.
Public transportationThe Plusbus takes you from Zwickau to Hartmannsdorf every hour. You have a connection to the Vogtlandbahn in Zwickau. Get off at the bus stop Wartehalle in Hartmannsdorf.
