Starting point:

Gasthof Löser, Grünthaler Straße

Parking, bus

Route (circular hike):

From Gasthof Löser, cross Grünthaler Straße. Along Dörfelstraße, pass the railway crossing. After about 200m, reach Heidenweg. After about 50m on Heidenweg, turn onto Bruchbergweg towards Dörfelteich. Dörfelteich is reached at the edge of the forest. Continue uphill through the Dörfelbachtal past the Basteifelsen and the memorial stone of Friedrich Augst to the Schaal monument on Königsweg. The Königsweg EB(red) leads downhill to the gas station at Heidenweg, which you follow left to Dörfelstraße. Along Dörfelstraße, return to the starting point.
