Großolbersdorf parking lot at the town hall (hiking sign) follow yellow markings - at the inn "Zur Silberstraße" turn left 50 m towards Scharfenstein - right Hohndorfer Kirchweg 50m left (marked yellow+red) to Plattenstraße - 2 km to B 174 - cross to Bornwald - at the crossroads 50 m straight ahead - left 2 km towards Halfterhäuser - cross B 174 - follow yellow-green for 200 m then optional...

1) follow green to Heinzebankstraße - Schulstraße parking lot or

2) after the Halfterhäuser follow the yellow markings 500 m to the right through a small wood to the junction with the green marked hiking trail - left of the playground to Schulweg - parking lot at the town hall (hiking route no. 3)
