This hiking trail runs along evergreen valleys and forests, crosses small streams and meadows, and delights with stunning views as far as Bohemia, Bavaria, and Thuringia. Restaurants, cafés, a small recreational facility at the Haselmühle, the popular climbing forest, and a Kneipp facility lie directly on or just a few meters off this wonderful hiking trail.

Motorway A93 from Bavaria to Bayrisch-Vogtland junction, then continue on A72 to exit Plauen South and then via Oelsnitz, Tirschendorf, and Arnoldsgrün to Schöneck
ParkingParking is available on both sides of Schöneck’s main street or at the start by the Tourist Information in the modern parking garage just 50 m from the Tourist Information.Public transportationTake the Vogtlandbahn to Schöneck station and then walk towards the town center (start Albertplatz) or take the Vogtlandbahn to IFA train stop for direct entry to the circular route.
