Directions
- Starting from the departure point, Greiz train station, we ride towards Obergrochlitz and pass through Tremnitz, Pansdorf, Wellsdorf, and Erbengrün to reach Naitschau. Here we cross the B 94 heading towards Langenwetzendorf and ride through Mehla to Triebes. In Triebes, we keep right towards Göhren-Döhlen and continue to Staitz, Wöhlsdorf, and Auma. In the town, we first head towards Gera and then turn left towards Güterlitz/Triptis. Shortly before leaving the town, we again turn left towards Linda. A few kilometers after leaving the town, the pond areas begin. We pass Köthnitz, Linda, and Kleina until we arrive in Knau via Dreba. This place is the turning point of our big round and is located in the middle of the land of a thousand ponds. In Knau, we take the road left to Plothen and ride through Dittersdorf, Dragensdorf, Tegau, and Pahren to Zeulenroda. Then we continue through Pöllwitz and Dobia to Elsterberg. For about 6 kilometers, we take the B92 to Greiz and return to the station, our starting point.
