Small Crane Lake

The circular tour begins and ends at the miner's square. It leads to the particularly interesting "Kleiner Kranichsee" nature reserve at an altitude of 930 m. You walk past the Pferdegöpel in the direction of the ski jumps. Continue along the Henneberger Flügel until you reach the T-junction with Eisenstraße. Keep left and after approx. 150 m you will reach the "Hochmoor" information board. You will reach a wooden viewing platform via a meadow path and a boulder dam. From there, walk back and continue via Henneberg to Oberjugel.

Follow the signposts around Oberjugel on the left. Turn off in the direction of Lehmergrund, cross the stream and follow the mining nature trail to Pferdegöpel and return to the starting point.
