162 +10 km of pure MTB emotion along the cultural, historical and geological highlights of the Ore Mountains. The 2023 anniversary season awaits you!
The Stoneman Miriquidi leads along forest paths, sections of single trails and some local crossings along the well-signposted route over nine of the highest peaks in the German and Czech Ore Mountains.
Each summit has a stamp station and an information board with a map and description of the next section of the route. Any Logis partner is suitable as a starting point. The mountain bike route is signposted in an anti-clockwise direction.
Depending on your fitness and leisure time, the unique MTB route is best completed in one, two or three days ("Trophy") or four to six days ("Open").With a starter package, you can also secure the handmade Stoneman trophy designed by Roland and an entry in the official list of finishers. You will also be actively contributing to the preservation of the route.

Equipment
Out of consideration for the landscape and wildlife, the Stoneman Miriquidi may only be used during daylight hours. The following times apply during the season:
June: 5:00-21:00 (16:00 h)
July: 5:45-20:45 (15:00 h)
August: 6:30-20:00 (13:30 h)
September: 7:00-18:45 (11:45 h)
From September, Gold is only accessible for very experienced riders.
The Stoneman Miriquidi has it all - technically and, above all, in terms of fitness! Nine crisp climbs lead up to just as many fascinating summit experiences.
The technical demands range mainly from S0 to S1 with a few S2 passages. Nevertheless, don't underestimate them! Gold is only feasible for technically experienced and fit mountain bikers. If you have any doubts, give yourself enough time for your first ride and try silver or bronze first.

If you are traveling by car, we recommend the BAB 72 exit Stollberg West
ParkingThe parking spaces are displayed on the map.
Public transportationIf you are traveling by train, we recommend the following entry points: Kurort Oberwiesenthal, Bärenstein OT Niederschlag, Annaberg-Buchholz (south station), Sehma, Breitenbrunn (Erlabrunn station) and Johanngeorgenstadt.
Access to the route is between 50 and 1500m from the stations.
The nearest airports are Leipzig-Halle (LEI) and Dresden (DRE).
