More and more crocuses are blooming every day. Now the first days are coming when a visit will be really worthwhile.
The weekend and the start of the new week should be a little rainy, but from the middle of next week the crocus blossom should really start.
Please use the central signposted parking lot in the center of the crocus meadows. The "Krokusschleife" hiking trail is easy to find from the parking lot and is the best way to hike to the most beautiful crocus meadows!

Directions
- From the parking lot, walk along Persterstraße towards Hauptstraße and keep left to the designated path along the crocus meadows. Stay on the path and cross the Oberhofweg. Continue until you reach the LPG estate and turn left onto Hauptstraße. Turn left at the main road and keep to the sidewalk back towards the parking lot. However, stay on the main road and continue along it past Persterstraße until you reach Krokussteig on the right-hand side of the road. Follow the crocus path and the path marked there along the crocus meadows. You will come to Wolkensteiner Straße along the path. Turn left there and follow the path along Wolkensteiner Straße. Keep left and continue along Molchgrundweg. You then come to the main road, which you cross and follow the road "Am Dorfbach", where you turn left. Keep right at Teichweg and follow the signposted path back to Persterstraße and the starting point of the hike.

- No special equipment is required. Please note that most of the paths are dirt tracks.
Information on signposting during the crocus blossom -> Purple sign with arrow and the inscription Crocus meadows indicates the hiking and footpaths to the nearest meadows.
Crocus loop signage indicates the hiking trail in the form of a figure of eight through the most rewarding crocus areas in the center of the crocus meadows in the lower part of the village.
Parking lot signage -> Access to the central parking lot with public toilets not far from the small market square with snack bar in the center of the crocus meadows.

- Getting thereYou can reach Drebach via the B95 from the direction of Chemnitz/Burkhardtsdorf via Thum and from the direction of Annaberg via Ehrenfriedersdorf. From Zschopau, follow the Scharfensteiner Straße along the Zschopau to Scharfenstein and on to Drebach.ParkingThe central parking lot for the crocus meadows on Persterstraße can be used depending on the season and is signposted. Please follow the signs.Public transportationThe bus stop "Abzweig Persterstr." on bus route 238, which serves Zschopau, Scharfenstein, Venusberg, Gelenau, Drebach, Thum and Ehrenfriedersdorf, is located on the circular route. You can also start the circular route from the bus stop.
Additional information
- Please only use the designated paths, do not dig up or prick any plants and avoid walking on the meadows. Waste also does not belong in the crocus meadows.
