This approximately 17 km long stage leads from the cozy town of Löbau to the Löbauer Berg through narrow, enchanted forest paths and meadow trails past the Teufelsstein, then descends at the end to Sohland am Rotstein.

The town of Löbau offers a noteworthy church - St. Nicolai (the patron saint of traveling merchants and sailors). The cozy town center of Löbau with Bahnhofstraße, Nicolaistraße, and the town hall invites you to relax on the outdoor seating of restaurants and cafés. Worth seeing is the baroque town hall, which incorporates the tower from the 15th century of the predecessor building. The path to the Löbauer Berg passes the König Albert Bath, a classic eye-catcher. A lovely alley leads the path towards the mountain. On the way lies the Honigbrunnen, a cozy spot to rest. Via a worthwhile detour, the Geldkellerweg leading to the namesake rock, you reach the summit. There, the unique cast-iron tower awaits to be climbed. It is worth it for a fantastic panoramic view. Pleasant forest paths lead to the Wendische villages and Rosenbach, where the ascent to the Rotberg begins. This mountain boasts an astonishing plant world and a wonderful view to the south. Finally, a lookout tower offers a 360-degree view.
