BRÜCKE Path - North route

The route begins with View 1 in Moritzburg on the north side of the castle parking lot. On the south side of the castle parking lot in the area of a row of trees, you will experience View 2. Leave the parking lot via the driveway and walk over the Schlossallee to the opposite August-Bebel-Straße for about 200 m, then turn left at the junction into Emil-Höhne-Straße. Walk along the street for about 200 m and see View 3 on the right side. Behind the distinctive gate pillars, turn left, then after 50 m turn right again into Kleine Fasanenstraße. Now follow the BRÜCKE path signs to the Fasanenschlösschen. View 4 opens directly from the Große Fasanenstraße path with a view of the Fasanenschlösschen. From the elevation of the Fasanenschlösschen, you can experience View 5 and View 6 (without boards). Information about the three paintings is presented in the outbuilding of the Fasanenschlösschen. Now leave the Fasanenschlösschen on the line of sight to the hunting lodge towards the canal and follow the signs to the castle pond. Cross the main road. Your path leads right around the castle pond, straight through the castle park, and on to Kalkreuther Straße. Here View 7 awaits you. Then turn left into Meißner Straße. Just before the castle parking lot, turn right into Markt street. After about 400 m, you can discover View 8 at a hedge in the adjacent Borngartenweg. After another 100 m, walk half-left at the former Roßmarkt into Roßmarkt-Straße. There, after 100 m on the left side of the street, you will see View 9. Follow the street to the junction onto Schlossallee. The starting point of the north route is located 500 m towards the castle.
