Gaussiger mountain tour

The Gaussiger mountain tour starts in Gaussig and leads through the picturesque Upper Lusatia. From Gaussig it goes to Obergurig. You then cycle on to Wilthen, known for its traditional distillery. In Schirgiswalde, the idyllic market with its wonderful church awaits you. The route continues to Steinigwolmsdorf, where a jump into the cool outdoor pool is worth it. In the potter town Neukirch/Lausitz you can get an impression of the local pottery or climb the Valtenberg, which is rewarded with an impressive view over the region. The mountain is the highest point in the Upper Lusatian Highlands. The tour ends again in Gaussig.
